Come On, Rip It! All About Copying Games

I guess it has already happened to every gamer at least once, you want to play your favorite game and can’t , because it is scratched or broekn? So what in case you look everywhere, but cannot find it anywhere? You don’t have to live through this kind of frustration there is a solution in programs like CopyThatGame.

Whatever game console you use, whether its wii or ps3, or whatever, when you buy games, you should make a habit of copying games. No need to worry! Its not illegal to make a copy of a game you have already bought. But you do want to make a copy for security reasons. Games can scratch easily, especially if they are well loved game.

If your game is already damaged than this is not the time to look for a solution. There are several help articles out there, which give advice on what to do with scratched disks. But truly, the best way to prevent this from happening is to buy some sort of game copying program like that of www.copythatgame.com. This way you won’t have to go looking for ways to repair a game.

There are two ways to repair scratched games:

1. Using alcohol: You put alcohol on the disk, and then wipe it off with a cotton cloth. The problem is that the method works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Especially if the game is badly scratched, then you are pretty much “up a creek without a paddle.” But if you had used the Copy That Game program, then you would have probably been using a copy anyway. If not, then you would still have a copy, you could use to play on.
2. The next suggestion is to use a banana: You rub the banana on the original disk, and this is supposed to fix the problem. The only bad thing is that it won’t fix the scratch. It just hides the scratch, which means you still can’t play the game correctly.

Nothing you do, can get rid of scratches on games, unless you actually made a backup copy. Back up copies come in really handy and they have several uses. First, when buying a game copy software and make copies of your games, then you can use the backup copy and keep the original in great shape. This keeps your original in pristine condition. If your copy gets scratched, then all you have to do is make another copy.

Another reason why you should create backup copies is to prevent loss. There is nothing as frustrating, as when you are in the mood to play a certain game, and you just can’t find it. When you have all the originals in one place and then keep a copy to play with you don’t have to worry about this happening. You just have to make another copy.

Hard to believe, but game copy software is not expensive at all and in addition worth every cent. You have to take into consideration that you will save the money by saving just one game. And another great advantage: the game copy software will work for all of your games, no matter what platform it is. You can have an Xbox, Xbox 360, a PS1,PS2, PS3, or whatever. It will work for any of your games.

Something you should notice though! Don’t go looking for “Free” game copying software. It usually doesn’t work, and all you get is a lot of spam, or worse, a virus!
